Mr. Ross assists firm attorneys as they advise clients on income and transfer tax considerations with regard to proposed business transactions, choice of entity structure, and investment in pass-through entities. In this role, Mr. Ross regularly researches and analyzes complex domestic and international tax issues, facilitates tax reporting and compliance for foreign trusts and domestic entities, and assists in the preparation of estate and gift tax returns.  He is the owner of Ross Tax Advisors, LLC, a strategic partner of Beckett Tackett & Bagwell, which provides tax compliance and consulting services
