Ms. Daniel serves as a Legal Assistant with Beckett Tackett & Bagwell. She supports the firm’s domestic and international business and income tax planning practice as well as the firm’s estate planning practice. On the business and tax planning side, Ms. Daniel assists in administering foreign and domestic business and closely-held investment entities and ensures that such entities remain in good standing under state law. She also facilitates the implementation and administration of domestic and international estate plans and entities, including the drafting of wills and disability documents. Ms. Daniel graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and has over 30 years of experience working as an executive assistant.
